How does the 7-day money-back guarantee work?
On Monthly and the 3-month pack, ask for a refund from your account within 7 days of the purchase, if you have done 3 interviews or fewer. The refund is automatic and your Premium access stops. One guarantee per account.
Does the Monthly plan renew automatically?
Yes, every month until you cancel. Cancel in one click in your account: you keep Premium until the end of the paid month. The pack and the Sprint never renew.
Is there a daily limit?
Premium includes up to 5 case interviews a day, to keep quality high for everyone. Everything else is unlimited.
Do you charge VAT?
No. VAT is not applicable (article 293 B of the French tax code). The price you see is the price you pay.
