Cancellation and refund policy
7-day money-back guarantee
- Applies to the Monthly plan and the 3-month pack.
- Request it from Account within 7 days of purchase, if you have completed no more than 3 mock interviews.
- Full refund to your original payment method; Premium access ends immediately. One guarantee per account.
Monthly plan (€49 / month)
- Cancel at any time from Account > Subscription, in one click.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month. You keep access until then.
- The current month is not refunded, except where required by law.
3-month pack (€119, one payment)
- One payment for 3 months of access. It does not renew automatically.
- Outside the 7-day guarantee, no partial refund once access has started, except where required by law.
Interview Sprint (€19, one payment)
- 7 days of full access. Does not renew automatically.
- Not covered by the 7-day guarantee.
Right of withdrawal
At checkout you are asked to confirm that you want immediate access and that you acknowledge losing your 14-day right of withdrawal once access starts (article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code). If you did not give this confirmation, you may withdraw within 14 days by writing to the contact form; any amount due for the period already used is calculated pro rata.
Technical problems
If a technical fault on our side prevented you from using the Service, contact us at the contact form: we will extend your access or refund the affected period.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are made to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
