Terms of Service and Sale
1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of CaseToHire (the "Service"), an online platform that helps candidates prepare for strategy consulting case interviews through learning modules, quizzes, AI-run mock interviews and CV analysis. The Service is provided by Arthur Boillot EI (see the legal notice). By creating an account you accept these terms.
2. Account
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping access to it secure.
- One account per person. Accounts may not be shared or resold.
3. Plans
3.1 Free plan
Free access includes part of the learning modules, a daily allowance of order-of-magnitude quizzes, one complete mock interview and one CV analysis. A mock interview that ends too early (less than 2 minutes or before the second stage of the case) is not counted and can be retried.
3.2 Paid plans

Prices are in euros, VAT not applicable (article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). Payment is processed by Stripe. Paid plans give access to all features, within the fair-use limits described in section 5.
3.3 Promo codes
Single-use promo codes may grant free access for a limited period or a discount. A code is personal, can be used once, cannot be exchanged for cash and may carry an expiry date.
4. 7-day money-back guarantee and right of withdrawal
Monthly and 3-month pack: if you are not satisfied, request a full refund from Account within 7 days of purchase, provided you have completed no more than 3 mock interviews. One guarantee per account. Premium access ends when the refund is issued. The Interview Sprint is not covered by the guarantee.
As a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because the Service gives immediate access to digital content and services, at checkout you will be asked to request immediate access and to acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access starts, in accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code. 5. Fair use of AI features
- Mock interviews and analyses are generated by artificial intelligence. To protect service quality, paid plans include a fair-use limit of 5 mock interviews per day.
- Automated use, scraping, or attempts to extract case content or prompts are forbidden.
6. Nature of the Service
Scores and feedback are educational tools to help you practise. They do not predict the outcome of any real recruitment process. CaseToHire is not affiliated with any consulting firm.
7. Intellectual property
All content of the Service remains the property of the publisher or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use it for your own preparation. You keep ownership of the content you upload (such as your CV).
8. Liability
The Service is provided with reasonable care. The publisher is not liable for indirect damage, nor for temporary unavailability due to maintenance or third-party providers. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it.
9. Suspension and termination
You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. The publisher may suspend an account in case of serious breach of these terms, after notice when possible.

11. Changes
These terms may change. Material changes will be notified by email or in the app at least 15 days in advance. Prices of an ongoing period do not change.
12. Disputes and applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. Before any legal action, contact us at the contact form. Consumers may also use the consumer mediator named in the legal notice. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
